An old dream took shape, when ByJannah was launched in September 2024.
Isra founded her brand in 2020 together with her brother, Mohamed. Born in Denmark with Arab roots—and shaped by a deep love for her ancestral homeland, cultural encounters, and a strong sense of identity—she created ByJannah. This perspective encompasses both aesthetic traditions and core values ​​such as integrity and authenticity. These values ​​form the foundation of her design practice, which reflects both cultural identity and personal integrity, united with a timeless, essential Scandinavian aesthetic. Her work stems from a desire to create designs that empower women’s self-perception and support their values.
